How do I choose the right size for my skates?
We recommend measuring your foot in centimeters and comparing it to our brand-specific size charts. Most aggressive skates should fit snugly without pinching. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up.
What is your return policy for worn skates?
We only accept returns on skates that are in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging. Once skates have been used outside or show signs of wear on the wheels or grind blocks, they cannot be returned.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.
Are the frames and wheels included with the boots?
It depends on the product. 'Complete' skates come fully assembled with frames, wheels, and bearings. 'Boot Only' options allow you to customize your setup by purchasing frames and wheels separately.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear sooner for a weekend session.
